If you are a local student and your place is subsidised by the Victorian Government, use this form to apply for a concession or exemption of fees. The form is also available from the Hub on your campus. Do not use this form if you are a full-fee local student or international student. Refer to the form for details of eligibility criteria and submission dates or go to the TAFE fee concession web page. |

Please note that this form is for students who hold a Commonwealth supported place or for local fee-paying students who have taken out a FEE-HELP loan or VET FEE-HELP loan and who withdraw from a program or course after the census date due to special circumstances, or who have been prevented from completing or withdrawing from a course due to special circumstances.
