field36 Gallery is the RMIT School of Media and Communication's exclusive gallery. Designed as an exhibition space with a capacity for media and electronic arts, the gallery is designed to show off the best of the School and the best artists whose work mirrors the direction of the School.
The gallery’s aim is to:
- promote the work of the School of Media and Communication
- enhance and support of school research
- showcase postgraduate research from the school
- provide a venue for school exhibitions
- host exhibitions by artists associated with the Artist in Residence Program
- curate shows with artists whose work reflects the activities of the school
